ABOUT:
VITEEE-2020 is a test conducted for admissions into B.tech programs offered by VIT University at its various campuses: Vellore, Chennai, Amaravati and Bhopal.
ELIGIBILITY:
Candidates appearing for the VITEEE in 2020 should have secured an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate).
Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July 1998 are eligible to apply for VITEEE-2020.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Application process: Last date February 29th 2020
Exam dates: 2nd or 3rd week April 2020
Slot booking opens: Â in March 2020
Results: on or before 30th April 2020
TEST DETAILS:
VIT is an online exam and its duration is 2.5 hrs.It tests students in Maths (40 Q), Physics (35 Q), Chemistry (35 Q), Aptitude (10 questions) and English (5 Q). No negative marking.
Exams are conducted in 3 slots starting at  9:00 am  ; 12:30 pm; 4:00 pm
Students have to book their slots whenever slots are opened; so that they can plan their other exam dates also.
Exam fee: Rs 1150 for Online payments.
